This week, Cole proposes to Starr, just as she tells him that they have their baby daughter hope back. On the brink of going to prison for up to 2 years for violating probation ,(Cole was hooked on drugs-but that is another story.) Cole asks Starr to marry him just as Starr's father walks in on them.
