CHEESY CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Description
This quick and easy dinner recipe will be loved by the whole family.

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, cooked and cubed
1 14 oz. package of frozen broccoli florets
1 8 oz. package of shredded cheddar
1 8 oz. package of shredded mozzarella
1 cup of Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 eggs beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound cooked crumbled bacon (optional)

Directions
Cut chicken into bite sized cubes and pan fry until cooked. Next, beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl. (Optional- If you choose to use bacon pan fry and crumble.) In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, broccoli florets, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and bacon (optional). Place mixture into a 13x9� casserole or baking dish and cook at 425 degrees for about 25-35 minutes (depending on type of dish used) or until a fork is inserted into the middle and comes out clean. When done, let sit and cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
