MEX-TEX CHEESY-FRITOS

Description
Fritos chips with swiss cheese.

Ingredients
1 8 oz. bag of Fritos Chips
1 8 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of onions chopped fine
1 small can of mild enchilada peppers
1 16 oz. pack of grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Directions
Brown onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Next, add cream of mushroom soup and let simmer for 15 minutes. Line the bottom of medium glass casserole dish with chips and sprinkle cheese on top; then add soup mixture. Repeat this pattern and end with cheese. Throw the dish into oven and bake until cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!!!
