Jerky Turkey Meatballs

Spicy, low fat meatball appetizer

Ingredients
2lbs. Ground turkey 7% fat
1/2c. Chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. Powdered ginger or 1 tbs. Fresh grated ginger
1 jalapeno pepper diced
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 c . Dry bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 c. Chopped celery
1/3c. Craisens that have soaked in 1/4c. Warm water

Directions
Mix all ingredients well and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 17-18 min. Serve with honey mustard
