easy spinach lasagna

A simple and delicious shortcut to enjoy the traditional taste of lasagna in 1/2 the time!

Ingredients
1 pkg. of frozen creamed spinach & cheese, thawed & drained
1 16 oz. container of 2 % cottage cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce w/meat (beef or sausage)
1/2 to 1 pkg. of no-yolk egg noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions
Prepare ravioli just until the pasta is slightly undercooked - set aside.
In separate bowl,mix together defrosted/drained spinach and cottage cheese
(I usually mix in some Parmesan cheese as well)
In 9 X 13 casserole dish, line bottom of dish with spaghetti sauce.
Add an even layer of spinach & cottage cheese mixture
On top of that, evenly layer about 1/2 of the ravioli
Top with spaghetti sauce.
Repeat with another layer of spinach mixture (usually the last of it)
Add remaining layer of ravioli and cover with spaghetti sauce
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 - 45 min.
You can also top with Mozarella or like cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top, and return dish to oven until cheese melts.
Other ideas: add onions, garlic, black olives, diced tomatoes, your favorites!
