hidden fruit coffee cake

simple and easy to make, takes about 35 to 35 mins to bake
I it baked in a pizza pan, and is about 3/4 to about 1 inch thick
some of the fruit shows and some is hidden in the cake

Ingredients

I can of your choice of fruit
1 yellow cake mix
cornstarch to thicken the fruit
about 1/4 cup of sugar
cinnamon to taste
powder sugar for glaze
1 lemon or orange

Directions

drain the juice into a sauce pan from the fruit, heat to boiling, add cornstarch to thicken pretty thick, put aside
now mixed the cake mix according to direction on box,
grease and flour the large pizza pan
pour the cake into to the pan, spoon fruit on top of the cake mix
bake ate 350 until cake is done,,
when the cake is cooled,,, drizzle the sugar glaze over it,,

sugar glaze,,

about 1cup of powdered sugar
1 lemon or orange

Take the lemon or orange and squeezed the juice into the sugar,, unitll it is thin enough pour over the cake,,, but you want it to be a little thick.
