pecan encrusted salmon

Elegant seafood dish

Ingredients

2-6 ounce or 3-4 ounce skinless salmon fillets
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup AP flour

Directions

Combine flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dredge salmon fillets through flour.
Dredge next through egg.
Dredge then through pecans.
Lightly saute in butter, turning once.
Finish to desired temperature in 450 degree preheated oven.
