A quick easy pie that you can change the taste of by changing the filling used.
Ingredients
1 graham cracker pie shell
1 can blueberry pie filling
1/2 of an 8 oz. cream cheese block (if you are crazy about cream cheese,
you can use all of the block but would need to add 1/4 cup of sugar)
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
a few fresh blueberries
Directions
Have your cream
cheese at room temp. Beat your cream cheese until it is smooth, add 1/2
of the Cool Whip and the whole can of pie filling and blend till mixed
well. Put into the pie shell. Place spoons of Cool Whip around the edge
of the top and in the middle, then place your fresh berries in the Cool
Whip. Best when it is chilled for several hours.
