Join Robert DeNiro, Sharon Stone, and Joe Pesci in Martin Scorsese’s film Casino. Based on a true story, it is about how blind ambition, passion, and greed brought down an empire in Las Vegas. It shows how the Mob’s multi-million-dollar casino operation, controlled the lives with the roll of the dice. DeNiro is superb as Ace, the owner of Tangiers, when he meets Ginger (Stone), whom unwittingly brings down his empire. Pesci is the friend/affiliate who tries to take down the Mob, but loses all in the end. Scorsese, collaborating with writer Nicholas Pileggi, brings a brilliant story to the screen about passion, lust, greed, and how it brought an end to an empire.
