MARTHA'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Description
very good and even diabetics can have it. If you make the low cal way.

Ingredients
2 sticks of softened butter -you can use the low fat butter here
1 1/2 c. sugar or low cal sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
1 cup milk or use low-fat milk
2 to 3 cups of blueberries

Directions
1. mix ingredients just until blended. 2. Fill grease muffin tins or use paper cups; fill 3/4 full 3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and some nutmeg together and sprinkle on top of muffins before baking. 4. Bake at 375' for 25 minutes or until lightly browned
