VEGETABLE PIZZA

Description
A light appetizer.

Ingredients
3 rolls of cresent roll dough
1 large tomato
1 spear of raw broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
1 8oz container of soft cream cheese
1 small bottle of ranch dressing
shredded cheddar cheese
(optinal) 1 cup chopped green onions

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. Unroll cresent rolls and place on cookie sheet in single layer. Pat together and bake for 25-30 minutes until light brown in color. While crust is baking, chop vegetables into bite size pieces, set aside. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing together, set aside. Cool crust. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, sprinkle raw vegatables and shredded cheese on top. Chill,cut into squares and serve.
