A treat for the hoidays that is simple to prepare.
Ingredients
5 sweet potatoes (2 cups)
2 TBSP butter
little egg nog
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Skin and mash sweet potatoes, add all ingredients with enough egg nog to desired thickness of mashed potatoes. Place in covered baking dish and place in a preheated 375F degree oven for about 20 min.
