This is no dessert. Delicious and rich taste that folks will request
again and again. Serve it for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner.
Ingredients
1 can Cream Corn
1 can Whole Corn, not drained
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c Sour Cream
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Directions
1. Mix everything together. Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 - 50 minutes., until top is golden and cracked.
3. Serve warm.
