crock-pot chicken

When I come home in the evening, dinner is ready and the house smells like I have spent hours slaving away!

Ingredients
chicken
carrots
2 onions
potatoes
1 packet Good Seasons Italian salad dressing, dry
8 oz. can of tomato sauce

Directions
Scrub carrots, cut into chunks and put in crock. Peel and quarter onions and chicken and add as well. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix, pour tomato sauce over everything and add a little bit of water. If using potatoes, they must be cut up and added just before cooking. Tuck them under the chicken and cook all day on low.
