Its a Ice cream treats.
Ingredients
15oz.pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 cup melted margarine
1. 12oz can evaporated milk
12 pkg chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 gallon Ice cream
8 oz. cool whip
Directions
crush cookies in
food processor and mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine. Pat all but 3/4
cup in 9x15 inch pan and freeze for 1 hour. while that is in the freezer
make chocolate sauce so it can cool. mix milk,margarine,sugar and
chocolate chips in saucepan and bring to a boil. boil for 8 min. at a
low temp. cool to warm. soften ice cream and spread on cookie crust.
spread with nuts Ingredients then with chocolate sauce. freeze again
until the sauce is firm when frozen spread with thawed cool whip and the
reserved cookie crumbs.
cover and freeze.
